VENUE RESERVATION

This form is used to apply for reserving the SeiAnime venue and retail space for a variety of events, including art markets, parties, pop-ups, and more.

 

The rental fee is $60 per hour and includes access to tables and chairs, 6 TVs, a projector, mood lighting, and additional amenities to support your event.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ to reserve

  • Must promote own Event

  • Pay $60 an hour for rental

  • Event promotion in physical store

Venue Reservation

This form serves as the official request for reserving the SeiAnime Venue, located at 6900 Denton Hwy, Suite 110, Fort Worth, TX 76148, subject to approval and confirmation by SeiAnime.


Please be informed that the rental rate for the SeiAnime Venue is $60 per hour, and all reservations are subject to this rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Agreement

Once the request is submitted, SeiAnime will provide a quote via email. Upon receipt of payment from the requesting party, SeiAnime will confirm the reservation and block the requested date and time on its calendar.
